LEGAL PERSONALITY AS A FORM OF BEING OF INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM

 

In the article bases the problem of legal forms as being of individual freedom. It is emphasized that the real personality of the individual in society is possible only available legally and economically independent people.

Key words: person, human rights, legal entity, legal capacity, freedom, justice, principles of law, legal doctrine.
