FEATURES OF THE APPLICATION BY THE COURTS OF UKRAINE PUNISHMENT FOR CRIMES AGAINST JUSTICE

The article analyzes the types of punishment provided for Criminal Code for crimes against justice and the practice of their appointment by the courts over the past 10 years (2005–2014); made suggestions for improving the system of punishment for crimes of this category.

Key words: system of punishment, offenses against justice, freedom restrain, arrest, fi ne, denial of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities, community service.
