CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO THE REFORM OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND TERRITORIAL STRUCTURE OF UKRAINE

Theoretic-applied research of administrative-territorial reform is done in the article. Found out general regularities, tendencies, features of reformation and modernization of the territorial system of Ukraine in situation of independence and change of the national state reconstruction paradigm.
