THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CAUSES AND CONDITIONS OF CORRUPTION-RELATED ENVIRONMENTAL CRIMES STUDY

The problem of causes and conditions of corruption - related environmental crimes is actualized in the article. The study of this aspect is of great theoretical and practical importance because it promotes the development of effective methods of combating criminal corruption acts in environmental sphere. It is proved that the study of the causes and conditions of criminal corruptive behavior of people in the environmental field makes it possible to explain the origins and reproduction of this negative phenomenon. On the basis of socio-naturalistic doctrines the causes and conditions, under which corruption-related environmental crimes become possible, are in the consideration. The reasons for corruption offenses include factors, which cause people having lack of adequate level of environmental and legal anti-corruption culture, as a component of social culture, in the implementation of social duty to protect the environment. Lack of proper environmental legal anti-corruption culture results the incurrence of a tyranny complex and illusions in persons who commit criminal acts.
