COURT SERVICES, OPERATIONS, STANDARDS

The article attempts to look at the judicial procedure as a process of providing and receiving court services. Each service corresponds with an operation protocol which the court provides to ensure such a service. The measure of assessing the quality of service should be a standard, the definition of which will allow to create a scale evaluation and to organize a feedback.
