REALIZATION OF THE RIGHT TO RESPECT FOR PRIVATE AND FAMILY LIFE AT MEDICAL INTERVENTION: THE PRACTICE OF THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS

The article deals with the law compliance practice of the European Court of Human Rights to ensure the right to respect for private and family life under Article 8 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
