SOME ASPECTS OF THE APPLICATION OF THE PRINCIPLES OF FAMILY-LEGAL REGULATION IN THE PRACTICE OF THE COURTS OF GENERAL JURISDICTION

This article analyzes the application of the principles of family-legal regulation in the practice of the courts of general jurisdiction identifying key trends and challenges in this field.
