MOTIVATION FOR TRAINING IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR THE JUDICIARY

 

The article is devoted to aspects of the formation of the judiciary motivation to learn to improve skills and maintain an adequate level of professional competence. Personal motivation is considered in relation to government promotion of judges to a professional level.
