SPECIAL ASPECTS OF OPEN PROCEEDINGS UNDER CIVIL PROCEDURAL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Continuation of the article, beginning in № 3 magazine

This article discusses the process of opening proceedings under civil procedural legislation of Ukraine. It lists the statutory provisions that stipulate the right to appeal to a court to protect one's rights and freedoms from violations and illegal encroachments. Protection of civil rights is a legitimate reaction of participants in civil-law relations, society and the state to violation, rejection or contestation of civil rights in order to prevent such violation, and recover or gain recognition of civil rights or win compensation for damage to the authorized person.
