PROCEDURAL ISSUES OF LOCATION OF MISAPPROPRIATED RADIOELECTRONIC MEANS

It was defined the idea of secret investigative (search) actions - locating radio-electronic means. It was analyzed the procedural necessity, appropriateness and efficiency of its acting in accordance to the norms of the criminal procedure code.
