DEVELOPMENT OF INSTITUTE OF COURT ADMINISTRATION: UKRAINIAN AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

In the article the appearance of the Institute of Court Administration in Ukraine is considered, the relevant legislation is analyzed. The appearance of Courts Administration Service in the courts of the United States and Canada is analyzed too.
