THE CONCEPT OF THE MECHANISM OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL PROVISION OF THE LAW ON ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION

The article summarizes scientific researches on the mechanism of the right of access to public information. Also it outlines the prospects for research studies of this issue in the context of new Ukrainian information policy establishment. The concept and structural elements of the mechanism of the right of access to public information are identified in the article.

This article is aimed at mechanism identifying that provides the right of access to public information and prospect for further researches outlining, taking into account newly-introduced information policy.

Having analyzed scientific approaches to the concept of administrative and legal mechanism that provides the right of access to public information, author concludes that the nature and characteristics of administrative and legal mechanism that provides the right of access to public information lies in the plane of coexistence between all elements of the complex institution. From the one hand this complex institution includes the main characteristics of legal regulation norms of constitutional and administrative law, and from the other hand, it covers a subjective vision of the process made by scientists.
