THE ISSUE OF INTRODUCING MEDIATION IN UKRAINE

This memoir examines the introduction in Ukraine, in law, mediation procedures, and noted the positive experience of its use in such countries as United Kingdom, the Republic of Bulgaria, Italy. The author proves the necessary of introduction in Ukraine two types of mediation – voluntary and compulsory. Special attention is paid to the professional requirements for mediators.
