LEGAL CHALLENGES OF TODAY:

CAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE REPLACE JUDGES

This article examines the impact of artificial intelligence on the modern justice system. It analyzes whether technology can replace judges and how this could affect the quality of justice. It defines what artificial intelligence is and how it is used in justice. It presents global trends in the use of artificial intelligence in judicial proceedings. It identifies the advantages and challenges of artificial intelligence.
