EU CRIMINAL LAW POLICY
IN THE FIELD OF COUNTERTERRORISM
The article highlights the relevance of terrorism as a global challenge that requires a comprehensive response from the EU. The author examines the EU's criminal law policy in the field of counter-terrorism, focusing on its legislative, institutional, and practical aspects.
It reveals the legal framework consisting of directives, regulations, decisions, and strategic documents that form the legal basis for countering terrorism in the EU.
