РІШЕННЯ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СУДУ З ПРАВ ЛЮДИНИ ЯК ДЖЕРЕЛО КРИМІНАЛЬНО-ПРАВОВОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ У СФЕРІ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ЗАХОДІВ БЕЗПЕКИ 

У статті констатується, що рішення Європейського суду з прав людини являють собою вагомі орієнтири для національних судів, керуючись якими ці суди можуть проявляти такі ж підходи при прийнятті своїх рішень, щоб останні не ставали в майбутньому предметом розгляду ЄСПЛ.

Ключові слова: кримінально-правова політика України, заходи безпеки, джерела кримінально-правової політики у сфері застосування заходів безпеки Конституція України, рішення Європейського суду з прав людини.
