РОЗМЕЖУВАННЯ ОКРЕМИХ ЗЛОЧИНІВ ПРОТИ ЗДОРОВ’Я ОСОБИ І СУМІЖНИХ ЗЛОЧИНІВ

Стаття присвячена проблемам кваліфікації окремих злочинів проти здоров’я особи, що передбачені розділом ІІ Особливої частини Кримінального кодексу України. Встановлені та досліджені юридичні (об’єктивні та суб’єктивні) ознаки цих складів злочинів, що слугують розмежувальними ознаками злочинів проти здоров’я особи від суміжних злочинів.

Ключові слова: здоров’я особи, злочин, шкода здоров’ю, тілесні ушкодження.
