ПРО ЗАХИСТ ОХОРОНЮВАНОГО ЗАКОНОМ ІНТЕРЕСУ 

У статті аналізується поняття законного інтересу, охоронюваного законом інтересу та право особи на судовий захист охоронюваного законом інтересу. Автором виокремлено ознаки охоронюваного законом інтересу, який підлягає захисту в адміністративному судочинстві, та розглянуто деякі особливості судового процесу, предметом якого є захист охоронюваного законом інтересу.

Ключові слова: інтерес, законний інтерес, охоронюваний законом інтерес, судовий захист, доступ до правосуддя.
