КРИМІНАЛЬНО-ПРАВОВА ДОКТРИНА І СУДОВА ПРАКТИКА: ВЗАЄМОДОПОВНЮВАЛЬНИЙ ЗВ’ЯЗОК 

У статті проаналізовано поняття кримінально-правової доктрини і судової практики, обґрунтовано необхідність використання кримінально-правової доктрини у судовій практиці, визначено підстави та форми такого використання.

Ключові слова: кримінально-правова доктрина, судова практика, підстави використання кримінально-правової доктрини у судовій практиці.
