РЕФОРМА І ПРОГРЕС СУДДІВСЬКОЇ ОСВІТИ ЯК ФАКТОР СУДДІВСЬКОЇ КАР’ЄРИ ТА ЯКОСТІ ПРАВОСУДДЯ 

Стаття присвячена визначенню складових суддівської освіти, встановленню її взаємозв’язку з суддівською кар’єрою та якістю правосуддя, а також аналізу змін законодавства в контексті їх впливу на спеціальну підготовку кандидатів на посаду суддів та підготовку суддів для підтримання їх кваліфікації. З’ясовано, що успішне проходження підготовки та періодичного навчання суддів є запорукою здійснення якісного судочинства кваліфікованими суддями, основою підвищення довіри суспільства до суду та утвердження верховенства права.

Ключові слова: суддівська освіта, підготовка судді, компетентне су-дочинство, кар’єра судді, якість правосуддя.
