АКТУАЛЬНІ ПИТАННЯ ПІДСУДНОСТІ КРИМІНАЛЬНИХ ПРОВАДЖЕНЬ ЗА КПК УКРАЇНИ 2012 РОКУ

У статті аналізуються проблемні питання підсудності кримінальних проваджень, зокрема, причини перевантаженості суддів судів першої інстанції, випадки, що ускладнюють створення колегій суддів, негативні наслідки зміни територіальної підсудності, а також судження щодо якісного складу колегії професійних суддів. Обґрунтовано необхідність уточнення положень чинного законодавства стосовно визначення підсудності окремих категорій кримінальних проваджень. Розроблено проект внесення змін і доповнень до Кримінального процесуального кодексу України, спрямований на оптимізацію правил підсудності.
