ВІДШКОДУВАННЯ ЗБИТКІВ У ГОСПОДАРСЬКІЙ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ З ЛІКВІДАЦІЇ НАСЛІДКІВ АВАРІЇ НА ЧАЕС

Відшкодування збитків у господарських відносинах у сфері ліквідації на-слідків аварії на ЧАЕС характеризується як вид господарсько-правової відповідальності, аналізуються його функції, якісна структура збитків, особливості їх відшкодування. Пропонується усунення неузгодженостей статей 224 та 225 ГК України щодо втраченої вигоди, неодержаних доходів, неодержаного прибутку. Розглядається відшкодування збитків за контрактами з іноземними контрагентами на виконання проектів міжнародної технічної допомоги у цій сфері.

Ключові слова: господарська діяльність з ліквідації наслідків аварії на ЧАЕС, відшкодування збитків у господарських відносинах, реальні збитки, втрачена вигода, матеріальна компенсація моральної шкоди.
