СПІВВІДНОШЕННЯ ІНСТИТУТУ ПРИТУЛКУ ТА КОНСТИТУЦІЙНО-ПРАВОВОГО СТАТУСУ БІЖЕНЦІВ

Статтю присвячено питанню співвідношення інституту притулку та конституційно-правового статусу біженців, визначено основні підходи щодо їх взаємозв’язку. У статті проаналізовано стан національного законодавства, яким регулюється інститут притулку в Україні. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності законодавчого визначення поняття притулку та удосконалення механізму реалізації права на притулок.

Ключові слова: біженці, право притулку, притулок, шукачі притулку, країна постійного проживання, вимушені мігранти.
