У даній статті автором проведено дослідження практики застосування Європейським судом з прав людини принципу правової визначеності у ракурсі статті 6 Конвенції про захист прав людини і основоположних свобод.

Ключові слова: принцип правової визначеності, принцип верховенства права, Європейський суд з прав людини, Конвенція про захист прав людини і основоположних свобод.
