ПІДСТАВИ ПЕРЕГЛЯДУ ЦИВІЛЬНОЇ СПРАВИ ВЕРХОВНИМ СУДОМ УКРАЇНИ

У статті аналізуються підстави перегляду Верховним Судом України судових рішень у цивільній справі у контексті змін, внесених з метою забезпечення права на справедливий суд, а також умови наявності цих підстав для перегляду цивільної справи.

Ключові слова: Верховний Суд України, підстави перегляду, судові рішення у цивільній справі, неоднакове застосування норм матеріального права, правова позиція, рішення Європейського суду з прав людини.
