ПРОФЕСІЙНА ПІДГОТОВКА СУДДІ:

ІНТЕРАКТИВНІ МЕТОДИ НАВЧАННЯ ТА ЇХ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ

У статті з’ясовано, що професійна підготовка судді повинна базуватися на інтерактивних методах навчання, які дають змогу активізувати слухачів до активної роботи під час навчання, наблизити його максимально до практичних аспектів роботи судді, вирішити в реальному часі проблемні питання, пов’язані із застосуванням норм права у професійній діяльності судді, сформувати у слухачів нове бачення, підхід до вирішення тих чи інших завдань, забезпечити максимальне засвоєння матеріалу слухачами.

Ключові слова: професійна підготовка судді, навчання, інтерактивні методи.
