роль суддівської освіти у подоланні Ґендерних стереотипів

У статті акцентується увага на основних цілях освіти, а також її впливі на формування системи цінностей, зокрема, через «прихований навчальний план», що продовжує відтворювати ґендерні стереотипи. Підкреслюється роль суддівської освіти у впровадженні принципу ґендерної рівності та необхідність ретельного підходу до формування навчальних планів і програм, а також нових методів навчання. На підставі вимог, закріплених у Концепції національних стандартів суддівської освіти, розкриваються підходи Національної школи суддів України до подолання ґендерних стереотипів, а саме: через включення ґендерних аспектів у якості складової «соціального контексту» правосуддя до навчальних курсів, де це є доречним (таких як «Управління залою судового засідання»), а також розробку окремих курсів (тренінгів) з питань ґендерної рівності. Розкриваються навчальні цілі, очікувані результати, структура, методика викладання та особливості навчального курсу (у формі тренінгу) «Забезпечення рівних прав та можливостей жінок і чоловіків у трудових правовідносинах та відносинах у сфері зайнятості».
