ПОНЯТТЯ МЕХАНІЗМУ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНО-ПРАВОВОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПРАВА НА ДОСТУП ДО ПУБЛІЧНОЇ ІНФОРМАЦІЇ

У статті зроблена спроба узагальнити наукові дослідження щодо механізму забезпечення права на доступ до публічної інформації, окреслюються наукові перспективи дослідження цієї проблематики в контексті становлення нової інформаційної політики в Україні, визначаються поняття та структурні елементи механізму адміністративно-правового забезпечення права на доступ до публічної інформації.

Ключові слова: інформація, право на доступ до публічної інформації, механізм адміністративно-правового забезпечення.
