ПРОБЛЕМА ІСТИНИ В КРИМІНАЛЬНОМУ ПРОЦЕСІ (ФІЛОСОФСЬКО-ЮРИДИЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ)

У статті обґрунтовується висновок про філософську природу істини в кримінальному процесі. Констатується притаманність процесу кримінального процесуального доказування загальнонаукових методів пізнання. На підставі системного аналізу чинного КПК зроблено висновок про те, що об’єктивна істина залишається метою доказування в кримінальному процесі.
