КРИМІНАЛЬНО-ПРАВОВА ПОЛІТИКА У СФЕРІ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ЗАХОДІВ БЕЗПЕКИ: ПОНЯТТЯ ТА ШЛЯХИ УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ

У статті аналізуються зміст, цілі, завдання та джерела кримінально-правової політики у сфері застосування заходів безпеки, зокрема, особлива увага приділяється рішенням Європейського суду з прав людини. Як висновок, автором виокремлюються риси, якими наділена сучасна кримінально-правова політика у сфері застосування заходів безпеки.

Ключові слова: кримінально-правова політика у сфері застосування заходів безпеки, заходи безпеки, Європейський суд з прав людини, примусові заходи медичного характеру, примусове лікування.
