ПРОТИ ЗДОРОВ’Я ОСОБИ

У статті аналізується одна із обов’язкових ознак суб’єктивної сторони складів злочинів проти здоров’я особи – вина та її форми, умисел і необережність. Здійснено аналіз праць науковців, які займалися даною тематикою, наведено власне бачення щодо вдосконалення закону про кримінальну відповідальність, а саме щодо злочинів проти здоров’я особи.

Ключові слова: вина, умисел, необережність, здоров’я, тілесне ушкодження, побої, мордування, катування, зараження.
