ДО ПИТАННЯ ПРО ДОСТУП ДО ЕКОЛОГІЧНОЇІНФОРМАЦІЇ ТА УЧАСТІ В ПРОЦЕСІ ПРИЙНЯТТЯ ЕКОЛОГІЧНО ЗНАЧУЩИХ РІШЕНЬ

До екологічних прав громадян, зокрема, належить право на відкритий доступ до екологічної інформації та можливість участі громадськості в процесі прийняття екологічно значущих рішень. Суспільним відносинам у цій сфері наразі приділяється значна увага.

Автори статті визначають особливості практичної реалізації положень національного законодавства щодо доступу до екологічної інформації та можливостей участі громадськості в процесі прийняття екологічно значущих рішень з урахуванням відповідних міжнародних стандартів.

Ключові слова: екологічне право, екологічна інформація, охорона навколишнього природного середовища, екологічно значуще рішення.
