ПИТАННЯ ЗАПРОВАДЖЕННЯ МЕДІАЦІЇ  ВУКРАЇНІ

У статті вивчається питання запровадження в Україні на законодавчому рівні медіаційних процедур, а також відзначено позитивний досвід її застосування в таких країнах, як Велика Британія, Республіка Болгарія, Італія. Автор обґрунтовує доцільність запровадження в Україні двох видів медіації – добровільної та обов’язкової. Окрему увагу в статті приділено питанню професійних вимог, які висуваються до медіатора.
