ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ПРАКТИКИ ЄСПЛ У СУДДІВСЬКУ ОСВІТУ: МЕТОДИЧНІ ПІДХОДИ

У статті аналізуються методичні підходи, які застосовуються Національною школою суддів України при розробці та впровадженні навчальних курсів для суддів щодо застосування Конвенції про захист прав людини і основоположних свобод та практики Європейського суду з прав людини при здійсненні правосуддя.

Ключові слова: суддівська освіта, практика Європейського суду з прав людини, тренінги, методика викладання, інтерактивні методи навчання.
