ПРАВОВІ АСПЕКТИ ДЕЦЕНТРАЛІЗАЦІЇ ВЛАДИ У СФЕРІ ЗЕМЕЛЬНИХ ВІДНОСИН

У статті здійснено дослідження процесу децентралізації влади та законодавчих змін щодо розширення повноважень територіальних громад. Зроблено висновок щодо необхідності надання всієї повноти владних повноважень органам місцевого самоврядування для управління землями. Досягти цього можна в результаті децентралізації управління, дотримання принципу повсюдності місцевого самоврядування.

Ключові слова: землі у межах населених пунктів, управління землями, земельні відносини, органи місцевого самоврядування, територіальні громади, комунальна власність, децентралізація.
