ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ ПРАВ НА ЗЕМЕЛЬНУ ДІЛЯНКУ ЗА ЇЇ ЦІЛЬОВИМ ПРИЗНАЧЕННЯМ

У статті розглядаються питання, пов’язані з особливостями здійснення прав на земельні ділянки відповідно до їх цільового призначення. Акцентовано увагу на понятті «суб’єктивне право на землю» та його змісті. Проаналізовано підходи, які містяться в науці земельного права щодо поняття «цільове призначення земельної ділянки». Визначено особливості самостійного господарювання на земельній ділянці при здійсненні прав на землю, а також досліджено судову практику з цього питання.

Ключові слова: здійснення прав на землю, суб’єктивне право на землю, цільове призначення земельної ділянки, самостійне господарювання на земельній ділянці, оренда земельної ділянки.
