РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ ПРИНЦИПУ ПРАВ ЛЮДИНИ ЯК СТРИЖНЕВА ОСНОВА СУДОЧИННОГО ПРОЦЕСУ

Автор аналізує основоположні акти Європейського Союзу, в яких був відображений принцип прав людини як стрижнева основа судочинного процесу. Він доходить висновку, що принцип прав людини є наріжним каменем європейської цивілізації, сутність якого полягає у пріоритетності й цінності людського життя, забезпеченні особистості гідного існування.

Ключові слова: людина, культура, політика, право, судочинство.
