МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ДОБОРУ КАДРІВ ДЛЯ СИСТЕМИ ПРАВОСУДДЯ

У статті досліджено питання методологічного забезпечення проведення кваліфікаційного оцінювання суддів (кандидатів на посаду судді) та квалі-фікаційного іспиту в процесі добору кандидатів на посаду судді місцевого суду, окремі питання підвищення професійного рівня суддів як основного критерію для просування судді у професійній кар’єрі.

Ключові слова: судова реформа, відбірковий іспит, кваліфікаційне оці-нювання, кваліфікаційний іспит, методологія оцінювання.
