ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНА ГРОМАДА В УМОВАХ ДЕЦЕНТРАЛІЗАЦІЇ:

РЕАЛІЇ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ

Обрання європейського вектора розвитку ставить перед Україною сьогодні завдання та цілі, реалізація яких у найближчому майбутньому є обов’язковою. Передусім це стосується питання адміністративно-територіальної реформи та реформи місцевого самоврядування в напрямі децентралізації. Утвердження суверенної незалежної держави та її подальший розвиток є неможливими без побудови ефективної демократичної системи, основою якої є фінансово спроможні територіальні громади.

Ключові слова: територіальна громада, місцеве самоврядування, муніципалітет, децентралізація.
