ОЧЕВИДНА НЕДОПУСТИМІСТЬ ЯК КРИТЕРІЙ ДОКАЗІВ У КРИМІНАЛЬНОМУ ПРОВАДЖЕННІ

У статті аналізуються наукові погляди і судова практика щодо ви-знання доказів очевидно недопустимими, а також здійснено спробу надати характеристику очевидної недопустимості доказів як критерію визнання доказів недопустимими під час судового розгляду.
