ОКРЕМІ ПРОЦЕСУАЛЬНІ ПИТАННЯ ВСТАНОВЛЕННЯ ОБМЕЖЕННЯ ЩОДО РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ПРАВА НА СВОБОДУ МИРНИХ ЗІБРАНЬ

У статті досліджуються процесуальні особливості встановлення обмеження щодо реалізації права на свободу мирних зібрань під час провадження у справах за позовами суб’єктів публічної адміністрації у адміністративних справах. Піддаються критичному аналізові питання інформування відповідача, а також приводи та підстави для обмеження щодо реалізації права на свободу мирних зібрань, якими є відповідні висновки правоохоронних органів, інших органів, до повноважень яких належить забезпечення національної безпеки України.

Ключові слова: право на свободу мирних зібрань, адміністративна справа, обмеження права.
