ПРОБЛЕМНІ ПИТАННЯ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ ЗА ПРОЯВ НЕПОВАГИ ДО СУДУ

У статті проведено комплексний аналіз провадження у справах про адміністративні правопорушення, передбачені статтею 185-3 Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення. Окреслено проблемні питання, які виникають на практиці під час розгляду справ про адміністративні правопорушення за прояв неповаги до суду. Висловлено пропозиції щодо їх усунення.

Ключові слова: прояв неповаги до суду, адміністративна відповідальність,  неупередженість (безсторонність), відвід (самовідвід) судді.
