КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНІ ЗАСАДИ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ НАЙКРАЩИХ ІНТЕРЕСІВ ДИТИНИ В МІЖНАРОДНОМУ ПРАВІ

У статті досліджено міжнародно-правові угоди та рішення ЄСПЛ, у яких розкривається питання забезпечення найкращих інтересів дитини при вирішенні спору щодо неї. Проаналізовані ключові позиції судового розгляду спорів щодо дитини відповідно до Зауваження загального порядку № 14 (2013) про право дитини на приділення першочергової уваги якнайкращому забезпеченню її інтересів.

Ключові слова: концепція забезпечення найкращих інтересів дитини, сімейно-правові відносини, оцінка та визначення найкращих інтересів дитини, юридичні гарантії.
