МІСЦЕ СОС-ДИТЯЧИХ МІСТЕЧОК У СИСТЕМІ ФОРМ ВЛАШТУВАННЯ ДІТЕЙ-СИРІТ, ПОЗБАВЛЕНИХ БАТЬКІВСЬКОГО ПІКЛУВАННЯ, В УКРАЇНІ

У статті розглянуто місце СОС-дитячого містечка в загальній системі форм влаштування дітей-сиріт і дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування, встановленій сімейним законодавством України. Результатами даного дослідження є бачення реалізації права дитини, забезпечення у територіальній громаді, де створені умови для фізичного, розумового, духовного та громадянського розвитку дітей-сиріт і дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування. Встановлено правовий статус та значення СОС-дитячого містечка у сфері надання сімейного виховання дітей-сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування, в Україні.
