ЗАРУБІЖНИЙ ДОСВІД РЕГЛАМЕНТАЦІЇ КРИМІНАЛЬНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ ЗА ПРИМУШУВАННЯ ДО ШЛЮБУ

Досліджується зарубіжний досвід регламентації кримінальної відповідальності за примушування до шлюбу, визначено особливості конструювання кримінально-правової норми примушування до шлюбу, питання караності за примушування до шлюбу, сформовано пропозиції щодо удосконалення національного кримінального законодавства.

Ключові слова: примушування до шлюбу, примушування до вступу у співжиття, кримінальна відповідальність, злочини проти волі, честі та гідності особи.
