ІННОВАЦІЇ СУДДІВСЬКОЇ ОСВІТИ В УКРАЇНІ: СТРАТЕГІЯ РОЗВИТКУ НА 2021–2025 РОКИ

У статті висвітлюється сучасний стан інституційного розвитку Національної школи суддів України та визначено перспективи подальшого розвитку суддівської освіти в Україні. Окреслено стратегічні напрями розвитку суддівської освіти на 2021–2025 роки, серед яких: інституційний розвиток Національної школи суддів України, удосконалення Національних стандартів суддівської освіти, модифікація початкової суддівської освіти (спеціальної підготовки кандидатів на посаду судді), використання новітніх форм і методів навчання в суддівській освіті, запровадження інституту наставництва для новопризначених суддів та розробка комплексної навчальної програми для працівників Служби судової охорони.

Ключові слова: суддівська освіта, Національна школа суддів України, підготовка суддів, тренінгова форма навчання, спеціальна підготовка кандидатів на посаду судді, підготовка працівників апаратів судів.
