КРИМІНОЛОГІЧНИЙ АНАЛІЗ БУЛІНГУ, ЙОГО ВИДИ, ОЗНАКИ ТА СПОСОБИ ЗАПОБІГАННЯ

У статті досліджуються кримінологічні аспекти явища булінгу, його поняття, ознаки та види. Досліджується співвідношення булінгу та інших форм насильницької поведінки. Аналізуються основні детермінанти, що сприяють вчиненню таких дій. Розглядається один із видів булінгу – кібербулінг, який є формою агресивної, конфліктної поведінки систематичного характеру, що здійснюється за допомогою сучасних інформаційно-телекомунікаційних засобів. Наголошується на проблемі запобігання та протидії булінгу в Україні.

Ключові слова: насильство, булінг, кібербулінг, агресивна поведінка, основні детермінанти булінгу, запобігання, методи протидії булінгу в Україні.
