ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ІНТЕРЕСІВ ДИТИНИ

У СПРАВАХ ПРО ПОЗБАВЛЕННЯ БАТЬКІВСЬКИХ ПРАВ

У статті досліджено основні підходи науковців щодо правової природи позбавлення батьківських прав як виду сімейно-правової відповідальності. Виділено основну мету справи про позбавлення батьківських прав – забезпечення найкращих інтересів дитини. Проаналізована проблема одночасної реалізації цього виду юридичної відповідальності та забезпечення інтересів дитини.

Ключові слова: найкращі інтереси дитини, сімейно-правові відносини, юридична відповідальність, позбавлення батьківських прав, сімейно-правова відповідальність.
