ҐЕНДЕРНИЙ КОМПОНЕНТ У ПРОГРАМІ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ КАНДИДАТІВ НА ПОСАДУ СУДДІ

ҐГЕНДЕРНИЙ КОМПОНЕНТ У ПРОГРАМІ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ КАНДИДАТІВ НА ПОСАДУ СУДДІ
У статті викладені результати аналізу включення ґендерного компонента до Програми спеціальної підготовки кандидатів на посаду судді, а також надано рекомендації щодо її доповнення. Зокрема, рекомендується доповнити Програму СП окремим 1-денним навчальним курсом у формі тренінгу «Подолання ґендерних стереотипів при здійсненні правосуддя», а також інтегрувати ґендерні аспекти у низку тренінгів щодо особливостей розгляду сімейних, житлових та трудових спорів (у блоці цивільного судочинства) та щодо судового розгляду злочинів проти статевої свободи та статевої недоторканості особи та щодо призначення покарання у кримінальних справах (у блоці з кримінального судочинства і судочинства у справах про адміністративні правопорушення).
