ІМПЛЕМЕНТАЦІЯ УГОДИ ПРО АСОЦІАЦІЮ МІЖ УКРАЇНОЮ ТА ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИМ СОЮЗОМ: КОНСТИТУЦІЙНО-ПРАВОВІ АСПЕКТИ

У статті визначається, що важливими факторами конституційного забезпечення імплементації Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та ЄС є, по-перше, закріплення на рівні Конституції проєвропейського зовнішньополітичного курсу держави і, по-друге, удосконалення конституційних положень щодо взаємодії національного та міжнародного права, зокрема, тих, які регламентують питання імплементації міжнародних договорів до національної системи права.

Ключові слова: Конституція України, конституційна реформа, конституціоналізація, Європейський Союз, Угода про асоціацію між Україною та ЄС, імплементація.
